Nice to see the Mousers. They look awesome.
Once again I am confused...the Turtles have all red bandanas on the #8 cover....but colored bandanas on Infestation! Are we ever going to solve the mystery of the colored bandanas? Find out...next time. |
Perhaps they'll keep their red bandanas in the main comic, and color coded bandanas are regulated to the micro issues and special titles.
Or maybe the color bandana's are only inside the title and the covers don't matter.
The spoiler makes it official! The mousers are out of the bag!
Is it just me or does Duncan's style seem to get better with each issue. The cover with the mousers looks great.
Mousers! I am loving Duncan's covers. Such a dynamic style.
His faces and shells (the plastrons, namely) have improved considerably.
why does the TMNT Infestation #1 cover seem familiar to me?
Mousers are so awesome, the perfect little fodder for slicin' and dicin'!

Just saying if you think about the series so far the covers don't necessarily coincide with what's been inside so far.

the mousers looks like exactly as they were in the 2K3 series. Also why we call them mousers they dont look like mouse. if you look at them more carefuly they look more like little dogs than mouses. even in the 1987 and 2003 series they looked more dogs than mousers. anyone else realized that?

I just think using the covers for the basis of the argument about colored bandanas doesn't make any sense. I mean the covers all look great, but they are to grab attention not tell the story inside. Maybe the thinking is that until the majority of people realize they are changing colors that they will leave the red ones on the cover. I mean to a casual reader who comes in and sees something different on a book they might think it's a new series and that they have missed a few issues.
