Has any read the Body Count Image Comics?
You know, the ones with Raph and Casey Jones. Just wondering if they are worth buying? Are the stories good? Thanks guys!
:) |
I read them but didn't like them at all. You might, I don't know.
|
The story was ok. The violence level was high. I liked it.
|
Might like it if you like Image TMNT.
|
It was extremely violent. By "extremely violent" I mean almost every frame of every page had someone being blown to pieces.
For the record it was originally released by Mirage titled "Casey Jones & Raphael". It was written by Kevin Eastman. Finally, why is this COMIC thread in the General forum? |
Because I don't have the power to move it...
|
I have never read bodycount
|
Never read those either--I was curious about them. They sound all right, but if they're obscenely violent, well, that's kinda silly. But if it has a decent enough plot, that could work. Plus I'm a sucker for Raph/Casey stories anyway. :P
|
Not exactly my favorite TMNT comic story, but I'd say it's worth checking out. Then again, I'd say any Turtle comic is worth a look. :D
|
Does anybody have comic scans of these? Or pictures of the covers? I really like anything Casey so I might like these.
|
I've seen one of those issues in a super market once. I think Casey was thought to be dead at the end.

body count I loved it
so much blood and guts!!!!!!!! I loved reading it!!!!!! |
I forgot her name but she is Casey's love interest in the series.
For the record, I did not like the series at all. Extremely wanton gore, totally unlike any other TMNT book. Civilians getting their faces blown off or bowels falling out left and right. Gotta admit, the art was excellent, though. |
I thought that they werent that bad. But they werent that good
