Voice Actors Read Through Star Wars (Raphael Makes an Appearance.)
 

Emerald City Comicon, 2012:

Rob Paulsen, Billy West, Tara Strong, Maurice LaMarche, John DiMaggio, Kevin Conroy, and Jess Harnell read through the first half of "Star Wars: Episode IV" as their most popular-voiced characters. (Jake the Dog as Princess Leia, Bubbles as Darth Vadar, etc.) Rob Paulsen as Raphael makes an appearance as Obi Wan Kenobi around the 1:02:25 mark.

But don't just skip to that part, because it's worth watching the whole thing! (Especially when you get to hear them use cuss words in-character. :tlol:) Various cartoon characters that make appearances are: Pinky, The Brain, Wakko, Yakko, Raphael, Twilight Sparkle, Timmy Turner, Toots (Drawn Together), Raven (Teen Titans), Jake the Dog, Bender, Zapp Brannigan, Kif, Professor Farnsworth, Fry, Stimpy, and Batman as the narrator! They also do impressions of Ozzy Osbourne, Christopher Walken, Tracy Morgan, and William Shatner. Lots of other cartoon and actors' voices are used. So watch it already!

It's kinda ironic, because in Thumb Wars he plays the Obi Wan knock-off Obbie Doob Scooby Doobie Banoobie.

Raphael returns! I am surprised since he is in Donatello mode now. I would like to see Rob make Raphael and Donatello have a conversation.Any chance of that? Talk about awesome!

And yeah,I did skip to the 102 mark, :tgrin: but only because of a lack of time at the moment. I iwll listen to the whole thing in the next day though. Too bad it was just the one scene.

I wonder if Rob plans on retiring his Raphael voice once the Nickelodeon series begins and he starts becoming more well known as Donatello.

I wonder if he'll ever say anything but "TIN FACED GEEK!" and call it Raphael. As much as I love Robbie P, his "Hey, do Raphael!" line is getting way over used.

I know what you mean, Jester. That's why I started that Top 10 list of best Raphael lines a couple years ago. I was hoping Rob would take the hint!

That would mean retiring his own voice(although slightly anger toned)!:P I don't know(removing perosnal bias) if he would become more known for Donatello even when its ongoing. Raphael is his most known work still though the Animaniacs work is a close one.

Its not often he does Raphael's voice these days but he does use that line as the defacto line for his character. What about,"does the phrase,"go suck a lemon" hold any meaning for ya?".

Still, it would be great to hear him make Raphael and Donatello have a converation.
