Rat King's new design
 

So in the video from the TMNT Comic Con panel, Rat King's design was revealed. What do you think of RK's new look? Hate it, Love it, or mixed feelings? I think he looks alright, certainly the creepest Rat King design since the 2k3 version.

And Rat King is human, but he looks a bit more creeper than 4kids Rat King. You'll see what I mean when you watch the video. :)

Unfortunately while some of the show's new stuff is fun, some of it is so derivative, that eventually you lose any originality.

Hopefully he loses the goofy coat and hat and has a more traditional Rat King garb underneath.

i like the old rat king better as well too. this guy does not look like bishop at all. not a lil bit.

He's not suppose to look like Bishop. Rat King was only Bishop's clone in the 4kids cartoon. This is a completely different TMNT cartoon.

Looks like a zombie to me. I agree I hope he has his outfit underneath the coat.

He reminds me of Lon Chaney's version of the Phantom of the Opera.

It did not work at first which is why I posted initially. This time it worked. So Rat King is human,but he looks like The Scarecrow redsign from Batman:The Animated Series. He needs bandages not a black coat! Tragg look fine though!

He has bandages. And he's supposed to look like Chaney's Phantom of the Opera.

I don't care for the design all that much but I do agree with the reasoning behind it. I was hoping for OT Rat King, but more skin and bones with the wrappings hanging off his body, almost mummy-esque. Hopefully he looks a lot better in action.

I quite like it. As redesigns go it works pretty well, it may not be instantly recognisable as the Rat King but it's neither goofy or fanboy kewl as one might expect and looks creepy which for the character.

That, living in the sewer, he wouldn't exactly be healthy and would be pale and scrawny rather than muscular.
