A Raphael cutting board I made
I hope this does not breach forum ettiquette, but I wanted to share a cutting board I made with some people who might really enjoy it. It's made from hard maple, walnut, cherry, and bloodwood.

HA, cute! :tgrin:
Is the board made from individial cubes or is it just the top portion that is the different wood? |
That is really cool. I have a couple of the checkerboard cutting boards. I'd almost hate to take a knife to it.

Ignore the poster above me, he's a troll who's mentally deficient. Your work is awesome, & very original. Nice job.

Hey this is great! takes me back to my days of shop class in high school. I wish i would have thought of making pixelated designs like this! :tthumbsu:

That's great! There's a local handmade shop here in Indy and they sell Zelda cutting boards. I bet they'd sell something like that!
That's great! Very creative.
Very good design. It's got an 8-bit charm.
WOW, amazing woodwork, sir! That is truly an awesome craft. Came out great!
That is so awesome, dude! :)
Very cool! Any plans for the rest of the fab four?
Very nice cutting board, but I would hate to scratch it up. Do you actually use it?
That is a good one. Thanks for sharing!
Wow. That's an awesome cutting board. Very well done.
I buy one...if I weren't broke and needed an awesome cutting board.
Also makes a decent board for playing Chess or Checkers provided you give designated boundaries. It's a bit time consuming, but a simple process, since all you need is a little dye and some straight carving.
This should belong in the Fan Works section however. |
