Ok, but those have been there for years, and they have already said:

KRANG AND BEBOP AND ROCKSTEADY WILL NEVER BE BACK THIS SERIES

I think it means they're not done with those charactors yet, but the new series is not the place for that. And, most agree it wouldn't be the right place anyway.
The new cartoon is not a remake of the old one! They are two separate series that just happen to use the same comic book as source material. They also have different approaches and Krang, Rocksteady, and Bebop, while fine for the old show, just wouldn't fit the new show. Sorry.
The new show is meant to be closer to the original comics. If you want an alternate version watch reruns of the old show.

those 3 profiles were made in 2001, not recently. bebop. rocksteady, krang, and half the other ppl with profiles wont be returning :| [/b]

Probably not in any Form. Except the DVD's and maybe in reruns.

Yeah. if it fits the frame it's fine.

uh oh :P is mine ok too, it stretches the frame a tiny bit :(

Then it's little to big, it should fit the default frame.

I have an old TMNT comic from like 1994 that has those exact same drawings in it. They are ancient and not new designs.
