Mini fold-out catalogs scans?

Is there anyone who can provide scans of the mini fold-out catalogs that were available with the 1992-93 series (and maybe beyond, but I have no idea)?

I have two 1992 exemplars, I can scan one if you're interested, and I'd love to take a look at the 1993 ones. I remember having another kind of mini catalog, with a Bandai logo and a picture of the four Movie Star Turtles on the cover. Anyone has that?
