Replying to PMs
 

If I get a message on Facebook, and a notification is sent to my email, I can reply TO that notification and my reply is sent to Facebook-- is there any way we could have that here with regards to PMs? I can't tell you how many times I'll get a PM notification in my email and try to reply to it before I realize that I simply can't.

That's a good idea, but unfortunately, technical limitations prevent this from being possible for these forums.

I'm not very "tech savvy"-- what sort of limitations?

The biggest problem would be authentication. With email, it is difficult to ensure that the sender of the email is really who they claim to be. I've thought of some ideas, though, so it might be something that can be added in the future.
