I just did an ebay search for this. I only found one new in the box selling for $341.99...and that's the "sale price." I don't think anyone would actually pay that for this but is this that hard to come by? It came out in 2007! Was that really 5 years ago already?

Yeah, I didn't think it was worth that much. The auction you posted isn't too far from what retail price was. I'm still surprised to only see one sealed on ebay right now.

That's craaazy. I lucked out and found one on ebay for 25 plus 10 shipping. They usually run around 60 to 80 but you can sometimes catch a low buy it now auction before it gets too many views. Kijiji, Craigslist, and garage sales are worth checking out too. 2007 wasn't that long ago. It's not like it's an Action Jackson campmobile so don't get soaked on it.
