Help me identify these accessories, are they TMNT

I have a handful of loose stuff from my toybox and I am trying to figure out where it all goes.

Mainly my last two unidentifiable items are the silver missile (which I don't think is TMNT) and the purple looking thing?

Does that look like any TMNT accessory you've seen?

Thanks in advance,
