NECA Michelangelo Variant?

I was trying to sell a set of NECA Turtles and someone pointed out that Michelangelo's teeth were weird. Every other tooth is painted black! I never noticed this. Does anyone have any info on this? Have you seen this anywhere else? I bought the set from BBTS right when they came out. As you can see he is sealed.

There is only two versions of the NECA turtles figures, colored and black & White.

What you got there is sadly just sloppy paint job, which happens. A lot with NECA products
