Classics now $20 at TRU, instock at Walmart.com for $15
 

I was happy to see the Classic tray back at TRU, but then I saw TRU upped their price to $19.99. Not cool! But this kind of price gouging has become common for TRU heading into the holidays.

Walmart.com has everyone but Raph in stock and they appear to offer free site-to-store shipping

Thanks. all 4 went in stock on amazon today too but at $19.99 for most (mikey was 14.99 though... i wish i knew how they decided these prices)

i had no idea walmart.com had this feature that delivers them for free to a local store, but more relevant to me personally, they also deliver free to select fedex locations! there is one not far from my place.

Considering that on eBay they are still averaging $25+, its still a reasonable offer at Toys 'R Us, but the price increase sadly means that supply is probably too low to meet demand, and that is a shame. They probably use much more complicated manufacturing processes to make these figures, and the Wal-Mart price is a steal to the point that having about four of each is enough to sell on eBay to "pay back the original set".

I was actually going to post this about Wal Mart too. I picked up Mikey, Don and Leo. I was thrilled to see them and for a good price! :) Kind of a bummer Raph was out of stock but that adds to the chase now. I decided to just get them shipped to my house. It wasn't a bad shipping cost either for anyone interested in having them shipped to their house rather than their local Wal Mart.

Did you buy 2 sets to open one or are they both MOC? I love the way these figures look and with their articulation, I want to have a second set to open someday. It just gets expensive even at the 14.99 price to buy two of each haha

yeah, i just saw them yesterday. it was the first time they've restocked them since the initial release. i noticed the $ increase...not happy D: why would a toy get marked up when its original retail was $3 cheaper only a couple of weeks ago. that's such BS

Do any of you guys know how long Playmates tends on making the Classic line?? I didn't know if it would only be for a limited time only type deal. I just know I scooped up Raph back at the end of July at my local TRU and have yet to see anymore in stock!

I went back to TRU, Target, and Walmart today still no luck with the Classics??? The guy at TRU said they have yet to get anymore in since July, looks like ill be getting the rest online:ohwell:

You go to site-to-store and give them your name. They check your id and send you on your way.

amazon changed the price of classic raphael to 14.99. ordered one :)

now I have 1 leo, 1 don, 2 raph, 2 mikey (all classics)

hope to get the other two at that price.

So I bought them today! From Walmart for 19.97 for Don and Raph and at TrU for $21.99 for Mike and Leo! So happy I have them now!!!!
