Is it me or does she seem...for lack of better word stuck up towards Donny ?

She seems to be aware that Don has a crush on her. But rather than either reject him outright or make fun of him, she's just trying to brush it off.

Honestly, how would YOU feel if a creepy mutant Turtle wanted to get together with you while you were worrying about your kidnapped father?

I take it you haven't had much experience with the female fans, CyberCubed.

For all if Cybercubed's rambling he's actually fairly spot on here. How is she 'stuck up'? By not jumping his shell at the first opportunity?

Perhaps I should've explained my little in-joke better. I wasn't picking on CyberCubed, I was pointing out the humerous irony of how a lot of nutty fangirls out there would kill to be in April's position.

I wasn't referring to anyone in particular... though I was tempted to give an example earlier. Besides, I didn't mean any offense. Some of my closest friends in the fandom are fangirls.

Hopefully Donnie won't get too crushed when Casey shows up.

I sense a love triangle coming up.

That is, if Casey is supposed to be around a similar age to them (not sure).

Casey will be 18.

It'll be interesting 'cause April will be underaged while Casey won't be.

Maybe she just doesn't want to turn him down just yet because she knows he would be very sad. He did save her after all.

I don't think she's stuck up, but she knows that a relationship of the romantic variety won't work. I think she's trying to give subtle hints, but Don's not getting them yet. I think eventually she'll have to turn him down more forcefully, and I think she's reluctant to really do that.

She's handled rather well, I think.

I wish we'd see her other family though.

From the 2003 series they hinted at it. Obviously the 2012 series expanded it a lot more.

April kisses Donatello in at least two episodes of the original cartoon too.

Yea but she also kissed Michaelangelo a couple times in the classic series.

Its an interesting dynamic but I think it boils down to "What the heck! We have mutants living under our streets?" It will be fun to see how the "relationship" develops :)
