Funny how the holiday gets called "Turkey Day" when turkey meat probably wasn't served at the original Thanksgiving.

Also, I remember hearing on the radio years ago that not all people celebrate Thanksgiving with a roast turkey and the like. One caller said that they celebrate Thanksgiving with filet mignon.

If I recall correctly, Canadians have a Thanksgiving Day as well, but on a different date.
