Price stickers and your MOC items

I always wondered what other people thought.

For collectors out there does a price tag/sticker on your MOC figure or unopened vehicle bother you and does it effect the price of the item?

Depends. If it's something new, I'll typically take the sticker off (if it can be done without damaging the package) If it's vintage, I'll typically leave it on there as it provides a bit of history (Where and how much the toy was back then)

Course if it's in an odd place and really, really disrupts the artwork by being there, I'll try to get rid of it (but that's rare)

As for affecting the price, that'll only happen if someone tried to remove it and tore part of the box taking it off (at least in my book) I won't pay more or less if a price tag is still there

I buy to open typically, but the price stickers piss me off regardless. I mean, what if I was collecting MOC? What I really hate more than stickers on toys (which are almost always opened, so it makes sense) is when they put it on the cardboard collectors slip of a DVD. Like what the f**k.

With the old figures, I don't mind it because it can be nostalgic seeing the Hills or Children's Palace sticker with the old price and remembering the massive amounts of figures on the shelves.

I have a couple that was probably at a thrift store or comic store which is meaningless, so I tried to remove if possible. But for new stuff, I'd just shop at a location that doesn't carry the price tag, and thankfully its become less common in my area. If the packaging though already has noticeable wear, then I'd wouldn't mess with it.
