TMNT Art School Statues
 

new to me....some think these are at an art school

anyone have any background info on these

It appears based on the comments in the link that the statues were made by students for some project in some art course at UMass Amherst. That said, these figures beat any Sideshow or other high-end collectible produced! I'd love to know the materials that the student(s) used, as it seems like it was expensive to produce.

These look like the bronze statues that they were giving away as part of a comp a few years back...

Peter mentioned this on his blog about his brother had them displayed there.

These are the Bronze statues that Kevin had made to sell for "The words and pictures museum" I believe their was 12 sets made, very expensive, and did not sell to well.

If I had the money I would buy all of them to display in my living room
