I just realized something:

The Cockroach Terminator laid an egg after it died...

Could this mean it is female? Maybe the egg becomes Scumbug?

I thought that too but if you look I believe the mouth is different than it was on the one Raphael was fighting. So either it was some kind of weird egg or it went through another change after it blew up. Guess we'll find out eventually.
