Shellraiser (turtles worst enemy)

So here is my thought.. The shell raiser can block an entire road right? So imagine for example "The Pulverizer" episode, what would happen if a car got in front of the Shell Raiser on the opposite direction..
I mean... it could happen.
What would they do?
