Do you think nick does the turtles justice when it comes to trailers

I just realised something the http://www.ign.com/videos/2012/06/22...series-trailer
that this trailer does not treat the action and fight choreography justice and if they have scenes from never say xever or rise of turtles the feedback would have been more positive

The narration didn't help. I can imagine people were worry that this end up being so shallow and so child friendly.

People would have thought that anyway simply because it was on Nick. Also being most shows on Nick don't have a continuity of story.

"Don't judge a book by it's cover." It's one of the oldest sayings in the book.

People that judge things based on a 1 minute promo video deserve to get left behind if the show succeeded.

not all shows carried that impression. Have you forgotten avatar: the last airbender?

No I think the trailers I've seen online were BADWORD and a complete turnoff.

I've seen quite a few people say that they were initially excited for the series, then saw the trailers and lost interest.

Before watching the episodes anyway and then getting hooked.

If it weren't for the fact I watched a youtube video from Comic Con and saw the enthusiasm of the team & decided to give it a chance, I wouldn't be writing this right now. They convinced me that the series was worthwhile because I could see how much time and effort they were spending. It wasn't just a money spinner, they wanted it to be the best it could be.

No, but I think they do it to add more suprise to the episode. It's unpredictable that way. Or maybe to attract younger viewers. ( Ie, only putting jokes in the trailers.)

I think the trailers are fine in that they give you a sneak peek of something that's going to happen that makes you want to tune in to the episode. They may not spoil everything that's going to happen, but they still do a good job of making you want to watch it. Or maybe that's just me.

No. I agree The trailers should show that its more action packed.

I don't see anything wrong with the trailers, though I wish the scenes we saw in it wouldn't have been changed around so much.
