Hook, line, fanfic
 

As a fanfic writer, I love to come up with various concepts that could create a story, or take another persons story idea and run my own spin on it. But occasionally the idea bunny's go on strike leaving you with nothing. This is where fanfic challenges or plot idea's from brought up by people who don't have the time to write the story out for themselves.

Here are some plot threads I've come up with. (I'm sure at least some of these have been written by someone at some point.)

Cross-Universe Plots

• Following the events of Turtles forever the 2003 Turtles encounter their 2012 universe counterparts after they fall into the Kraang's Dimensional Portal.
  
• The 1987 turtles meet the IDW Comic book series.
  
• The Mirage Turtles are sent by Lord Simaltanius into the 2012 universe.

2012 Universe:

• All the Turtles are captured by Shredder, separated and tortured into revealing the location of their lair. None of them know where their brothers are located, if their brothers are alive, or if any of them has given the location of their to the Shredder in an effort to stop the torture.
  
• All the turtles are sick with the flu.
  
• The turtles encounter their Future-selves.

2003 Universe:

• What were Casey and April doing during Good Genes Arc?
  
• The world of Same as It Never Was becomes a reality? Where is Donatello?
  
• Event of the story from the point of view from someone in story. Example Triceraton invasion from Mikey's point of view.
  
  Re-visioning: Writing an episode or even a season the way you wish it was handled.

Alternate Universe:

The turtles are humans and unrelated, Leo is the proud son of Martial Arts Master, Hamato Yoshi. Raph and Mikey are cousins. And Donatello is the orphan son of a wealthy computer engineering firm. He doesn't know this however has he has been living his entire life in the foster care system and as a homeless street kid. Can his new friends save him, before the people who have a contract on his life eliminate him?
