Could Kraang Water be a ingredient in mutagen?

Now hear me out first. Kraang water is acidic and touching mutagen was describe as burning so could it be possible that the Kraang water is just one of ingredients for mutagen along with the key ingredient of April's brain enegry. Now corrected me if I wrong but wasn't it mention that mutagen was being used to terraform the earth?

I also have no doubt in my mind that the Kraang are from a parallel universe.

Kirby explain in one episode that the Kraang's physical laws of their universe are different from ours so thats proof.

Sorry guys. I know this thread seems more like a bunch of ramblings but I feel if all the clues are gather and present then the truth would be out in the open.

The acidic property, that might explain why Timothy screamed "It BURNSSS!!!" during his mutation.
