Well, Hes gonna sound like the guy whose playing him in the movie via the mocap suit. But we dont know if hes gonna have a new york accent or not.

If he had Bale's Batman voice...

Why not his Howl voice instead?

Then the Batman voice jokes would apply to Raph as well.

It would be interesting, I guess. Raph yelling "I'M NOT WEARING HOCKEY PANTS!" could be kinda funny. Though I would rather have Karl Urban voicing him, tbh. That said, it's kind of a moot point anyways. I would also call the "sounding like a teenager" thing a moot point too. The actor playing Raph in the new movie is 28. Not to say he couldn't pull of a teen's voice, I just doubt that the Turtles will be portrayed as teenagers in the new movie. Maybe Mikey, but the other three will more than likely sound like adults. Though I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
