Will the Turtles ever walk around the street in disguises?
 

This is something every Turtle universe has done...even Mirage! Most notably the fedora trenchcoats that were used often in the original toon and the movies, but were also in the 4kids show at least once or twice.

The Turtles in this series have never actually walked around the streets in disguises posing as humans. Do you think they'll ever don the fedora trenchcoat getup or stick to the rooftops for the whole show?

They practically walked in the street in broad daylight to April's school. :lol: I guess no one did saw them due to their "ninja stealth".

It would be nice if they walk in disguise, a nod to OT,etc.

The costume disguises originated in Mirage, it wasn't something the OT came up with. Also Raph's trenchcoat disguise in the first movie.

Yeah, I think those disguises will show up at some point.

I would like them to use the disguise at least once in awhile.

They've walked around the streets without disguises, but I'd love to see a nod to this at least once, and I'm sure the team would do it, too. They've done so many other nods to other incarnations already.

The trenchcoats will always be awesome for nostalgic reasons, but I can't really see it working in this version. Me, I've always been a fan of the hoodie look:


I'd think they'd need to wear a scarf with it, though. It's probably much easier for them to blend in, in the wintertime. Something else I think would be cool is to see them wearing just normal, black ninja gear for cold weather patrols.

I hoping for at least a nod to the old trench coats and Fedora's.
