Favorite COOT Song
hey guys I was bored and I thought I'd make a poll that I haven't seen yet on the boards. My fav songs are Walk Straight, Cowabunga, and Follow your heart
|
YOu forgot my all-time fave song, but it wasn't in the VHs version! "Sing about it" was on the Pizza Hut Tape and in the actual show, but they cut it out of the Video release.
|
no treaties just because of the sweet guitor part and its rock and or roll!!!!!!!
ya!!!!!!!! :D |
LoL... "Count on Us", I guess...
|
Songs
Hmm..that's hard one..
Probaly "Walk Straight","Cowabunga","Count on us",and "No Treaties" for me. Which reminds me........."I CAN'T HEAR YA NA NA!!!". :tlol: |
Ooh, "Follow Your Heart" has to be my favorite, followed by "Coming Out Of Our Shells", "Sing About It", and "Cowabunga". :D
|
But I like them all!!!!
Ok, umm... "Count on Us," "Sing About It," "Follow Your Heart," and the concert version of "Coming Out of Our Shells." I wish the "Getting Down in Your Town" songs were on a tape.. perhaps one day I'll have a computer I can record them to. :ohwell: |
Coming Out of Our Shells I guess. It was probably the only song that didn't make me cry with laughter.
|
"Pizza Power" is my all-time favorite TMNT song!
|
"COWABUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU UUUUUUUUNGA!"
"Count On Us" "Pizza Power" "Sing About It" The top 4 TMNT COOTS song in my book! 8) Even though the lyrics are sometimes kinda cheesy, the music is AWESOME!!! |
"No Treaties" Is my first bet too, cause it soooo reminds me of Queen and AC/DC they way they jam it.
Count on Us and Mikey's Follow your Heart is pretty good too. My friend and I like to joke that Count on Us is like the Kroger's jingle too, cause it also has that same slogan. |
"Pizza Power" NO CONTEST
|
PIZZA POWER!!!! :D

ummm... *cough* To be honest, they're all a little nauseating to me..... Now that's not to say that I won't ever snatch up any COOTS cassette I happen to stumble upon, buuut...
|
Aww.. c'mon. You haven't lived it up as a TMNT fan until you play the cassette in the car, full blast, while singing along to it with other friends!
Needless to sday, I love the cassette (except for a few bleah songs). I rather listen to that than attempt to watch any of the silliness of the on stage concert. Yep, I never went to any of those! |
I did. Heh. Further proof that it doesn't matter if you're the Ninja Turtles, it doesn't matter if you're Survivor, they let ANYONE play at Six Flags.
|
.Eh, I don't remember the show very well (cept wanting to get one of the cardboard pizza's), so I don't remember the songs.
Perhaps its better that I don't remember the show from what I've heard about it  . |
LMAO,I got that on video tape.
It's okay to me,I mean it was enjoyable for the little kids.If the turtles come back on tour, this will be me if I brought my 8 in a half year old cousin:  :o  [/quote] |
I saw the show, and man, even I thought it was pretty bad. I'm so glad my parents didn't let me talk them into taking me!
What is this song, "Follow Your Heart"? Was this track not on the cassette? I liked "Coming Out of Our Shells" the best, but they're all good songs. Except for "Walk Straight." It reminds me of the sound you get when someone rakes their fingernails across a chalkboard. It's just a bad song. For years, I didn't like "Skipping Stones". But then I listened to it again, and it sounded different. Now it's a pretty good track. I remember having to do lip syncs during music class in grade school, and I did my bump and grind to "Cowabunga". I had a costume, plastic chucks, a bandana, and God knows what else. I was the most popular kid in class for two days after that. "Yo! There's Donatello. Even for a turtle . . . he's mello!" - Michaelangelo, from "Cowabunga" |
