I'd vote for Krang. He's got more power and resources, etc.

Depends. Krang in his "lizard" form, Krang in his android body, Krang in his bubble walker?

Can't recall sing the bubble walker having guns.

The Krangazoid bubble walkers had them and Krang's own bubble walker in Season 8 and 10 had one.

Didn't it also have guns in the old NES TMNT Arcade game? I seem to recall fighting Krang in it. And in his android body as well, I think.

Shredder. He could cut a hole through the bubble walker and rip Krang out of it.

He uses the android robot in that games. And yes, it has some rayguns attached to the "eyes" of the robot. The robot is also used for some kicks.

There's a reason why Shredder is always the last, final boss battle in most (if not all) tmnt games. :shredder: :tcool:

Krang would just step on him

Isn't that to remind of TMNT as a whole. There are TMNT universes without Krang, but not TMNT universes without Shredder.

Kran0g would win unless Shredder got to him before he could get a gun.
