I have an extremely stupid question. I'm forgetting what happened to Kirby in the finale. I can't believe I'm forgetting this right now.

After he lured April to Karai, the turtles tackled him and took the mind control device off, and all was well after they came back with April.

He dances around with the rest of the group at the end.

I really wonder if he's going to get captured in S2.

Only if he's dumb enough to set foot outside the lair again after all that!

So you think the guy is going to spend the rest of his life in a sewer?

Well, no, but he'd be smart to keep a low profile at LEAST until Shredder/The Foot and the Kraang are fully dealt with. Otherwise, he's just setting himself up to get kidnapped again.

it was logical....but I rather her character focus on other things next season...

Agreed. I thought they dragged that out too long as it was. It might be interesting to give Donnie someone to talk to about science, though!

I honestly thought that the whole "save April's dad" thing was underplayed in the episodes before the gauntlet.

No, I don't want Kirby to get captured again as it would just be a repeat of Season 1. I'm sure the Kraang will focus more on getting April since she's the one they really want.
