After all the hoopla that was spoken, Match 5 ended and we're heading into Match 6. 7 vs. 10 with 2 episodes that I really enjoyed featuring 2 current cult favorite villians in the current series with The Rat King and The Newtrailizer. Let's get started.

Notice: Polls in Round 2 will last 48 hours.

Oh man. Rat king or Donnie saves the day episode...

I'll go with Rat King. That Splinter possessed scene with April was really intense.

this one was really hard XD I could go either way really~

Jth can you please do the polls public in future, I enjoy reading who voted which. ;)

I liked both episodes also.

I thought that Monster did it's one thing very well, but Breakout had multiple things that were done very well, (Donnie's motive, The Rescue, Newtrailizer, ect.)

An all better episode IMO.

I too probably like these episodes equally. But when I saw the names I immediately knew I Monster but had to think for a second as to which one Operation Breakout was. So I guess for me I Monster had more of an impact.

Tough choices, but I go with Operation Breakout. Love me some Newtralizer.

A hard round, yay! :)

Operation: Breakout for me. It was a tough choice, but Donnie saving the day just beats it for me. As it's been pointed out, the scene with the possessed Splinter and April is really intense! Two great episodes and it's nice to have a challenge when voting. :)

6 hours left. Could be in for possibly another upset.

Love I, Monster, but I've gotta give props to Operation: Break Out. Anyone that can write an episode where the premise is Donnie doing something because he's trying to impress April that I not only like but actually really love has talent. O:BO is the only Donnie episode I really like, sadly, but man is it a great one.

Funny that brought that up, because that reminded me that this is a match between 2 Jase Ricci episodes who I think was the best solo writer of Season 1.

Agreed - he's definitely my favorite. I hope he's on board for season 2 (I can't remember if I've heard one way or the other). I was kind of sad when I realized two of his episodes were pitted against one another, but either way I would have been happy.
