I'm Zane... watch out everyone here is gonna start giving you all sorts of presents, all sorts of food... and all sorts of people inviting you to all sorts of clubs and stuff.
So, Who's yer favorite Turtle? Sega Genesis.... I'm not really good withanybody besides Leonardo on that game.. but here we go.. Leonardo Spinning Blades- D, > A or B (can be done in the air) Ground Swell- D, < A or B Katanacut- >, D-D/< A or B Desparation Attack-(Done while energy bar is flashing) Cannonball Stab- <,>->/D-D-D/< C -Against Leonardo He will try to copy your moves exactly and counter attack so, You should stay on the ground, use your special moves. -Against Raphael When he tries his Torpedo move you shold do Toe Kick(B) upon contact. Raph is not good in the corner. -Against Donatello Try to flip him as much as possible, do close-range attacks. Will try Flip Kick when using arial. -Against Michelangelo Move in on him Mikey, will do crouching attacks, back off when he gets too close. He will do his Helicopter when you try arial. -Against Casy Jones Try arial attacks, dont focus on projectiles, he'll try to Rebound them. When he is close to a wall and lays a Bomb jump away as soon as possible, he might hurt himself -Against April O'Neal Move in on her, shes not good on counters. She will try to move on you and use her Scatch attack -Against Ray Fillet Focus on Arial attack, hes dangerous if you stay on the ground. When you are far away he will use his Sonic Blast -Against Sisyphus Try to jump on top of him, If you stay on the ground too long he will do his Horn Plow attack, Use projectiles when he does Horn Fury, -Against Triceraton Stay in on him, if you stay in one spot he will attempt Smash, When he gets close, Use Slash attack(>+A) -Against Krang's Android Beware of high and low missles, Crouch and Jump as varied. Avoid Arial attacks he will will counter. Try Projectiles. -Against Karai Evade constantly, use block constantly, use projectiles and Slach attack(>+A) when she gets close. She will try to flip you as much as she can and usually takes you to he lower level very fast, these flips usually take off about a forth of you health, she has very quick attacks. |
Thanks for the tips dude. I will try some of them tonight. the way my fav turtle is either mickey or don i cant decide

I was never really good at that game. I wish that I was.

Tournament Fighters for the Genesis eh? I just picked that up not too long ago.
I'd suggest Raph he's just plain evil in that game. Power Drill - down, down/back, back ATTACK (all you really need is this one) Sai Spin - hold down, up ATTACK Sai Wave (or something like that) - hold back, forward, attack Here's all three of Mike's moves... Rising attack- down, down/forward, forward, forward up, up ATTACK (half circle up ATTACK) Tornado spin - Quarter circle forward ATTACK (back, d/back, down, d/forward, forward, ATTACK) Rush move - hold down/back, forward ATTACK I can only remember two of Don's moves... Ground claw - hold back, forward, ATTACK (I find this quite difficult for some reason) Bo barrage - forward, back, forward, ATTACK (continue to press the attack button rapidly to keep it going) Sorry I can never rember the desperation moves on this one. Tournament Fighters for the SNES Leo: Shinning Cutter - down, down/forward, forward PUNCH Endless Screw - down, down/back, back PUNCH - sorry I can't rember his rising attack Mike (my personal favorite): Barrel roll ATTACK! (rip off of Blanka) - hold back, forward PUNCH Rising Thunder - hold down, up PUNCH Dragon Breath - hold back, down/back, down, down/forward, forward PUNCH Raph: Power Drill - hold back, forward PUNCH Jambori - Fire Ball (miss spelled?) - hold back, down/back, down, down/forward, forward PUNCH Cartwheel attack (not sure what the real name is) - hold back, forward KICK (this might be quater circle forward KICK, I'm a little foggy) Donatello: Ground Claw - hold back, forward PUNCH Bo Barrage - rapidly tap PUNCH (stronger PUNCH is harder to do but much more effective and much faster) Head Spin - down, down/back, back PUNCH (maybe KICK) Everyone's desperation attack or POWER attack (you have that mutagen power bar) is pulled off by hitting strong kick and strong punch at the same time. The attacks rage differs between characters. Dontello's will pretty much knock-out anything that is standing up - sometimes can get them when they are ducking as well. Turtles in Time: This game is actually the easiest TMNT game that I know of. Suggested turtles would be Leo, Don, and Mike. Pretty much everyone but Raph. Raph is fast, but his reach will get you killed in no time. I typically use Michaelangelo because he's my favorite. ADVANCED TECHINQUES Special Attacks: Press jump and attack and the exact same time while on the ground to do your special attacks. Raph's is a really powerful short range kick (man I miss that power drill from TMNT III), Don's is a strong kick with incredible range because he is vaulting of his bow. Leo's is the typical spin which clears enemies pretty fast. Mike's is a tackle move which kinda makes him look like he wants to fly or something... clears stuff well enough though. Be warned that you lose bits of your life bar whenever you effectly use your special attack. The best times to use it are against enemies that have sheilds and when you need to clear space fast. Other than that it's better to stick with a barrage of normal attacks. Dash: Really useful when you have to clear an area fast and when you have to grab enemies to throw them. Basically you just run and attack them and hopefully you will grab them. Throwing: It's both hard any easy to throw. Sometimes you do it without thinking and at other times it's quite difficult to pull off. Thus why the first fight with Shredder is one of my least favorite parts of the game. To throw you basically attack a foot soldier while moving towards them. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Take note that you can't "throw" anything other than foot soldiers. Smash'n thing up: Similar to the throw move is the move when a turtle grabs onto a foot soldier and start bashing them from side to side. It's really useful for clearing an area fast. You do it just like you do the throw (that's what I always thought anyway) and you usually do it without thinking. You can toss around most enemies in this game but when you do it to rock soldiers you only toss them ones instead of smashing them up like with the foot soldiers, mousers, and other enemies (I'm not absolutely sure that it works on Road Kill Rodney's) YOU VS SUPER SHREDDER The final boss is one of the hardest things in the game, but easy taken care of. The best time to strike him is when he is using the ice power. Other than that just try to get near him without touching him (when he's powering up) and try to get some quick jabs at him when his "guard" is down. Never stand in front of him when he is using anything but ice. Fire dissables your movement for a long time because you are hoping and screwing "my toes! my toes!" and the mutagen ball will drain you off a life bar instantly. Don't jump when he's using the ice power because chances are he'll hit you. That's about it. With a little luck you should be able to take him down easily. If you need anymore boss stradegy just tell me. I'll hook ya up. If you want some FAQ's/walk thru's then check out www.gamefaqs.com they'll have just about everything you need. |
Dude on the contrary to popular beleif they all have the same reach in turtles in time. That was for Ninja TipTup. And for TMNTGUY4EVER if you still cant beat it go to options and lower the level and raise the rest. I've got the guide here and will give you everyone power rating so you will know who is best to use. (note: this is on a scale of 1-8)
Leonardo: Normal Attack:5 Rush Attack:5 Special Technique:5 Defense:5 Speed:5 Mike: Normal Attack:6 Rush Attack:4 Special Technique:6 Defense:6 Speed:4 Donatello Normal Attack:5 Rush Attack:5 Special Technique:7 Defense:4 Speed:3 Raphael Normal Attack:4 Rush Attack:8 Special Technique:8 Defense:3 Speed:7 In my opinion, if you can avoid getting hit a lot, raph is the best, but in your situation i would recommend Mike. |
sorry about the mistake on the previous one it is supposed to be an 8 not the smiley face that is 8)

And you're wrong about the range thing a little bit. Donatello has one attack that outranges all the other normal attacks, and Raphael has one attack which is the least ranged out of all the normal attacks. But that's about it. |
what r u talkin about!!??!!?? i got that strait from the book on pages 10, 11, 12, and 13!!!! If i had copied you i would have gave some mention. which forum was this that you posted it in????

They have different reach in TMNT 4 I know that much. Raphael's sais reach the least, Mike and Leo are about the same, and Don has the most reach (duh! he's got a big 'ol stick). |
