Here's how season 2 is going to play out
 

Here's my theory so far: So we know that in season 2 we are getting a lot of mutations and crazy new characters like that sparrow wizard Malachi. I think he's going to be involved with the tmnt 80's cartoon crossover due to his magic looking appearance. In the sneak peak we saw the bat which we all believe is kirby due to it kind of resembling him, and that would be awesome. Because why the hell not. what interesting things could they do with his character that would really wow the audience.

Mutagen Man is going to be one of the greatest villains in tmnt history. I like how he wished to be mutated into a hero and is now a villain. wicked contrast. The pulverizer was a good fit too for mutagen man's identity. I know that his character arc will revolve around casey, arpil, and donatello. I almost think all of them will have some crush on april tho. I think he's going to gather up a team of evil mutants to fight the turtles, and something like this would allow Spiderbytez a chance to return nonchalantly and not randomly.

Shredder is going to mutate for sure. They've never done anything like that and it would seem very fitting. The way hamato yoshi as a rat kicked his ass in the finale might inspire him to mutate to get on the same playing field(probs season finale) as the turtles and splinter. I have a good feeling this will happen. Not too sure about where Karai's character is heading. I know she'll find out that she's Miwa eventually. I loved that twist btw - clever Nick writing. I think she might become venus dimilo or whatever that chick from the 80's show. Slash I feel is going to act as 2k3 leatherhead in the sense that he might get his own lair. Spike mutating will be interesting nonetheless.

Last point. In the sneak peak it said "New Villains!" and it showed a Kraang on a gorilla suit. I think that's going to be the 2012 version of Krang. Because as it says that in the sneak peek it shows Krang, and labels him a new villain. just a theory though.

Shredder is NOT going to be a mutant unless they go the "Super Shredder" route from the second movie and videogames.

i presented this idea awhile ago, and although i do not support it and hope to god it doesnt happen, if they are going to bring in venus, i see no other way except for it be karai or april. again, dont want/hope/think this will happen, but yeah

Personally I thought the turtles friend mr murakami from the chinese restaurant would become Pizzaface.

I don't think they'll mutate April, she's too well established as the human friend of the turtles. Then that leaves Karai... Well, at least Leo gets to be with her. Whoops, she's their sister! Unless they allow incest I see no other way around it. What a mess.

I'm really sorry for misleading you guys - it really was a crappy move on my part. The wait for season 2 is killing me and I really want to know what happens.

And nobody else think Shredder is going to mutate? I think if they do they could go the super shredder route or pick an animal that the shredder best represents, but what could that be?

Or she could just be mutated from Irma or a normal turtle.

Karai and Venus are not genetically related to the turtles.

I'm not sure I buy Timothy/Mutagen Man as an effective villain. The mutagen might be able to give him powers, but unless it ups his intelligence he's still going to be an easily outwitted screw up. He's a pretty tragic character, but he wouldn't be believable as a serious threat and is too tragic a character to be effective as a comic relief villain.
