Original TMNT movie on ABC Family
 

I thought there was a topic for when the movie gets TV air dates... but I cant find it...

last night as I was going to bed and this morning when I woke up, ABC Family was playing the original TMNT.
This morning it played before the original Keaton Batman movie.

Thought I would give you guys a heads up.

I thought it was interesting. I dont know what version they are using but the picture is very dark. The night shots with Casey in the truck have a normal, dark blue "night" look instead of that more orange look we been seeing in the DVD and BluRay releases.
A very slight changes were kept too... such as cutting out the Foot Soldier who gets electrocuted from swinging an axe at Don at April's place.

I saw the ending, it was pretty cool to see it out of nowhere. My favorite was the first one and only one I didnt own on cassette as a kid.

One time I saw it in the TV guide, and they were showing all 3 movies together... in the wrong order. :trolleye:

If you do something, do it right... Still cool they air these awesome movies, so younger kids can enjoy them too!

Heard about this from a friend. I missed it though.
