Should Fishface mutate into Armaggon? (spoilers from acne episode)

It's possible. We might finally get Armaggon in a cartoon.

Allio 11-16-2013 10:17 AM

only if they want to

for all we know Bradford is the only one getting double mutated (heck I wouldn't be surprised if he burned through his mutation returning him to regular dogpound)

Electric 11-16-2013 10:27 AM

The stuff around Armageddon could be from fish faces robotic parts, and I see similarities.

Kinda hope this happens, since seeing the new improved Rahzar go around with the old fish face wouldn't look quite right.

Maybe xever will get jealous of Bradford's new mutation and mutate himself again.

CyberCubed 11-16-2013 10:30 AM

You know I never realized how similar Fishfaces design looks like Armaggon. I know he's a piranha and not a shark...but the similar fins and facial structure make it a close enough match.

And as said, he wouldn't need robot legs anymore.

DarkLightDragon 11-16-2013 10:32 AM

I'm not sure Fishface is meant to be based off a piranha.

Machias Banshee 11-16-2013 10:43 AM

Ohh, that would be so great.

((He's actually based off of a snakehead fish, but I'd love to see him as a shark...))

Fishface 2.0 would be fun... Not to mention a really neat character design challenge for the fan works section...

Maybe it'd be a bit too predictable move given many have developed this theory already, but I'd be totally for it. I can't imagine how freakin' cool his design would be!

It sure would be a hell of a lot better than just bringing in that generic shark mutant from the rejected character art we saw.

Also Fishface and Karai commented on his robot legs in the episode, Armaggon as a mutation would be the perfect fix to it. I don't think Fishface will like being a standard mutant when he sees how much better Dogpound is now.

Coola Yagami 11-16-2013 10:49 AM

Or he might be like the Roach and have the robot legs fuse with his body. Shark mutant with metallic legs and possibly metallic claws and teeth? Like techno-organic. Awesomesauce.

CyberCubed 11-16-2013 10:50 AM

We need to see this happen in the show:

I could do without the little fairies though. Or the future bs.

It's all relative. Fishface may want a second mutation just so he doesn't have to rely on machines anymore. He was already 'better' than Dogpound since he never lost his fighting style. Dogpound was the one that went from ninja to dumb muscle.

Well if he's Xever he obviously won't be from the future anymore. Just like Rahzar now wasn't mutated from a wolf but was a man.

Xever would be strong enough to turn on Shredder possibly.

j56 11-16-2013 11:04 AM

I don't think we'll see Fishface mutate again. I think Donny will cure him (it's what he wants, and the show's already made clear that he's a lot more sympathetic than Bradford, since Xever was pretty much pressed into Shredder's service), he'll turn on Shredder, and Rahzar will team up with Slash (who might mutate into Tokkah).

Garfield 11-16-2013 11:05 AM

I would rather not.

Personally I would have the "Our original characters end up becoming TMNT character's from other source material" thing done at a minimum.

That kind of thing is only cool if its a rarity. If they do it incessantly, than to me it comes off like they have no faith in the original characters that they create.

Slash might just be Slash/Tokka. There's no reason for a turtle to mutate into another turtle.

Maybe they'll call him both Slash and Tokka....but his original name was Spike.

AnarkyLantern 11-16-2013 11:23 AM

It doesn't seem to be where Xever's path is headed. I think we'll see Tokka/slash as Razer's new partner.

Nah shredder is bringing Tiger Claw in.

LH 11-16-2013 01:56 PM

That would be pretty awesome! Though, I wonder what would happen if Rahzar got doused with retro mutagen... Would he become Bradford or Dogpound?
