Mike is not very agile splinter always tellin him to "mind his foot work" and Leo has more common sense than Raph

In my opinion, Leo would more accurately be listed as number 1 in the “common sense” category; number 2 in “intelligence”.

Not really. He isn't as physically capable as the others but has a buttload of other skills that make him quite useful to the 'team'. I think this is when having the RPG helps, as you know the actual skills each character possesses. Needless to say, Donny's scholastic skills are quite impressive (considering he was self-taught, as well).
