I recently scored all four turtles, soft head, loose, complete with belt and all weapons, for $19 each off of eBay from the same seller. You can go that route if you wish, but for moc, you'll pay 2-3 times that easy from what I've seen. Just a thought.
I have my soft heads displayed in front of my retro classics that are unopened, and they look pretty nice that way. Spoiler:
Good luck in your hunt, man. |

If your interested in loose dont waste your money on ebay. Hit up a few flea markets and you should find some. People are always selling them for a buck not realizing the soft heads are worth more. The rarest soft head in my searches has always been Raph and splinter. Always seemed to find a ton of Leos and Dons.

I got the Don, Leo, and Mikey soft heads and an out of package with package turtle parachute and joke book for $19. The turtles included only their main weapons, and all were in great shape including Mikey's chucks (no stress marks). The figures were in great shape. |
I bought my first turtles in 1989 and they were all soft heads. When I got them again they had hard heads and I was upset by this. The soft heads are much nicer!
