I just noticed that the jeep has a gun turret on it! It must belong to the foot, because I doubt the turtles would go that extreme.

I noticed something, On this Gif which shows Donatello fighting. You can clearly see its happening in the Lair, On the right you can see the multiple monitor displays.

The same set up from the lair, which means the Foot find their way in. That too was in the original script... :tgrumble:
