Toxie Ripoff from the OT?

What was the name of the character that looked like the cartoon version of the OT? And was it a parody of him? Maybe a commentary on another mutant/toxic waste/glowing ooze cartoon? I actually remember seeing the figure, but I can't remember the episode.

Could it be Muckman?

Toxic Crusaders? The Saturday morning spin-off from Troma's Toxic Avenger series (because EVERYTHING got a kids' cartoon in those days). Had a toyline by Playmates that was similar in style to TMNT.

I wish I had Toxic Crusader toys. I did have one, the blue skinned pilot with the wheel leg and big nose, he was awesome.

Yes that spin off. And I had several of those toys, but this toy was a tmnt toy that looked like the Toxie toy.

YES MUCKMAN! Thank you!

So, they apparently sort of ripped each other off. The Troma film came out before Muckman, but as you know, The Toxic Crusader doesn't look too similar to Muckman minus the face, but then the cartoon came out a year after the Muckman episode and the color scheme and other details are remarkably similar.
