Does buy/sell/trade have to be TMNT-relevant?

I'm looking to buy a game console, but I was hesitant to post in the buy/sell/trade section because it's not TMNT-relevant. I can definitely wait and make a post later including a TMNT-related wantlist, then tack the console onto the end of the list, but I have the money for the console now and I don't have the money for anything else; I'd rather not advertise wanting something I can't immediately buy, you know? The rules on what I can and can't make WTB threads about isn't clear.

I don't think it's encouraged that you do it all the time but as far as I know it's cool to do now & then.
