Just a question, but will there be a one-on-one combat mode? Kinda like how they had in Turtles in Time? Or just like Tournament Fighters? Because when looking at this one screenshot, it showed this character selection menu, as if you could choose to have it character vs. character. I saw Leonardo selected and Shredder selected. If the answer is yes... then I will be the first to get this game in my city.

I think I heard it would be like tournament fighters in vs mode

Check Konami's Turtle site, they say that the vs. mode will be like in Turtles 4: Turtles in Time for super nintendo.

Well... I'm happy then!!!

Pre-ordered my copy yesterday. Still two months before it's released...

I'll wait for it till comes out. I may be able to get it on Christmas or sooner.
Can't to test it out pretty.
