are stores getting mad at you looking at crush cans

so i noticed the purple donatello crush cans are no more. they have the display on the cardboard, but not collectible cans :(

so ive been opening up the 12 packs in stores to see if they have any donnie cans inside. hopefully it pays off, although it is funny when the stores see me do this and yello. becuase the cans go flying all over when the next customer grabs it.l.

i need to enhance my ninja skills while doing this i gues.

Sanjuro 07-19-2014 11:06 AM

...why would you do this?

snake 07-19-2014 11:06 AM

Nope. I don't open them in stores though. I pop the tiny flap open to see if the cans are in.

Powder 07-19-2014 11:09 AM

I'm not surprised that your behavior in real life is as strange as it seems online. :tlol:

On another note there's already multiple threads for Crush soda discussion, you don't need to make another.

Master Splinter 07-19-2014 11:34 AM

That is a jerk move. Opening up a package and not buying it and it falling apart when the next person picks it up is so rude. Might as well open up all the bread and puncture all of the meat packaging while you're at it.

Your one of the reasons I hate working in grocery stores, do you know how annoying that is?

psychturtle 07-19-2014 12:34 PM

Like, why would you do that? That's just messed up.

Warhorse 07-19-2014 01:06 PM

No. In fact, I know the people at my nearest Publix, and I asked them to give me all of the Crush with the TMNT packaging to me, and had to have the manager specially order the Blue Crush. At my job, we have a pepsi vending machine and I asked the guy there to give me boxes with the TMNT, and he has.

Aaronardo 07-19-2014 01:08 PM

Why am I one of the only people that isn't surprised at all that this guy does crap like this?

Candy Kappa 07-19-2014 01:21 PM

Being a store clerk, if some jackwagon did that where I work, I'd kick them out. Seriously, that ain't cool. We got enough work cut out for us thanks to stupid customers, don't add to the pile.

Or, they had to pay for the whole 12 pack, you beak/ tear it open you buy it.

You're an idiot.

That's the nicest way I can tell you that.

I'd have to assume that the boxes without the movie print would more likely NOT have movie cans because they are no doubt "old" boxes printed before they changed it to the movie print.

Some unfortunate people have found plain cans in movie boxes, so yes, it sounds like excess plain cans ended up in new boxes... So the box print changed before the cans so I doubt the reverse situation would be true.

If I worked in a store where someone was doing that, yeah I think it would be reasonable to be mad about it. As a customer most people are likely to want to buy things that have not been messed with by other people, you are screwing with their selling of that stock.

Radical Raph 07-19-2014 02:56 PM

**** being more careful you need to just not do that. Asshole.

Something is not right with mikey22. He makes a lot of posts like this, but this one tops them all.

Leolead 07-19-2014 05:36 PM

It must be a pain for the people that work there, not cool dude.
