Ok ive read a few comic(Ultimate Collection Vol 1, Secret history 1(cant find others), Turtles in time 1, and #1 for 2012 series),seen all 4 movies available, on season 5 or 6 on 87 series, half way through next mutation, season 3 of 2003, and caught up on 2012, and ive seen the guest charecter Usagi in 87 and 03(and Gen) cartoons(love him) and i knkow of Panda Khan. what are the other guest charecters? and what comic they have?

I should note that most of the guest characters only appear in comics. AFAIK, the only guest characters in TMNT movies, TV shows and video games, besides Usagi and related characters, are the Planet Racers characters (who appear in the 2003 cartoon), the Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa (who appear in a simulation in an episode of Fast Forward), and everyone in Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue (if that counts as a TMNT production).

Notable guest characters in the comics are Cerebus (who appeared in an early issue of the Mirage comics), Savage Dragon and related characters (who also appeared in the TMNT toyline), Boo Swain/Gnatrat a.k.a. the Fannywhacker, Gutwallow, Gizmo, and Those Annoying Post Bros.

Flaming Carrot appeared in a few issues, I believe, & is apparently supposed to appear in the new animated series.

Technically the Fugitoid was intended as a guest character.
