I threw money at the screen but it didn't work.

I wish I liked the new designs more. Would be kind of cool to have them next to the Sideshow polystone statues I have of the traditional look.

Can't spend another near $1,000 on statues anyway, though. ;)

I actually don't buy the statues, but this, I'm highly considering... $1000 or less... yeah, I might take the plunge.

It's a pretty nice statue. Hopefully anyone who buys it actually likes the movie. If it bombs and falls into obscurity (Unlikely) that would be like owning a Next Mutation character statue.

Doesn't matter if I don't like the movie, it's Raph... my favorite character. I don't mind owning things even if I don't like the movie. I despised Dragonball Evolution but I have the Enterbay Goku and it's amazing. This would be the same in that regard.

But being a Graphic Designer this thing really intrigues me and the level of detail is fantastic. I would love owing pieces that are like this... I just don't have money to drop on all the ones made... especially the Transformers ones. Those have had me on the cusp of buying them so many times, but I just couldn't do it. With this being Raph though... it's going to plague me to death on whether to pull the trigger or not.

I should think the $1400 price tag will make it easier for you to decide.

Is that actually the price, or is that just based on other products?

Still doesn't matter, yeah I can drop that without any problem, but it does make the choice a little easier.

At first I though Shredder was in the background. But I noticed the Decepticon logo.

Yeah... judging by the head, it looks like Starscream.

It's pretty sad that the transformers character in the background can be easily mistaken for the shredder from this movie. :tsad:

Likewise thought it was Shredder until I looked directly at it.

They need to add the brand on Raph's shoulder. ;) Nice piece, would like to see the others.

I wish we'd have quality item like this for other designs.

OT but does anyone know what the thing on Raph's stap is?

I went to Sideshow's chat to see if they would be carrying these but they said they have no information when or if these will be available on their site but to keep an eye on the weekly newsletter. Man, I want one of these so bad. If it helps to pay for it, I'll even sell one of my kidneys.:lol:

Does anybody know what that silver cylinder is that is attached to the front of his should strap???

Looks like a flash grenade lol

Not really it's a large rounded metal robot head and Shredder has a metal helmet.
