New villain, new looks, outside of New York? What do you think will happen next season?

I hate to be this way, but, they really need to get a black character in here that is not the token bad guy, and I think Xever could be that character that could be redeemed.

I agree. Through out his life, he has learned that he can only get the things he wants by stealing, intimidation, and brutality. But as Splinter pointed out, that only makes him dangerous, but not strong.

So maybe he begins to realize maybe there is another way of getting what he wants and while he doesn't really become an ally of the Turtles, perhaps he goes off to seek his own path away from the Shredder.

That's the thing it is always Shredder and Leo would be nice to see one of the other turtles vs Shredder instead of it being Leo all the time.

After Leo's beat down, a raging Raph would even be interesting to see.

Yes would love to see Raph go rage and go after Shredder for hurting Leo.

Would they do that? I would totally forget about all of the things I have said about this show if they turned the tables and give Raphael the personal vendetta against Shredder. Heck, I would love it even more, if say him and Karai both teamed up and put the Shredder out of commission for a while. It would be a good storyline for the two to patch up their differences and Raphael to overcome his distrust of Karai.

By the looks of the teaser, it seems as though Raphael will be absent from the attack on the lair, and again, with the initial attack of Leo and him being flung through the window (Raphael is probably out with Casey trying to fight back the Krang, judging by the teasers) so him dealing with the fact that he was not there to defend his brother when he needed him the most, it's gotta be crushing Raph's spirit by the time the gang comes back in season 3.

I was rewatching some of the episodes, and one of the Turtles was looking at a blueprint Donny was working on, and it looked like the giant robotic thing that was shown in the teaser at SDCC. I was looking at the clip more, and it looks like Donny, Mikey, Raph and April are in the machine, but no Leo to be found anywhere. Or Casey for that matter. Wonder if April and the boys is using the robot as a diversion so Casey can get Leo into the van for the getaway.

I think Raph's gonna be there, but they just haven't shown the whole scene yet. Keep in mind, Ciro said the trailer wasn't too spoilertastic, so I have a feeling that the plot we're seeing in the trailer isn't gonna be the plot for the episode.

Talk about Season 3 has been taking over the S2 thread, so I figured it's time for it to have it's own. Season 3 will consist of 26 episodes, with the first premiering on October 3rd.

I can't wait for this season! Will a mod get this thread stickies? I think it deserves it.

I'm ready to see the rest of season 2 episodes, whenever those air.

Didn't expect a Shredder / Foot episode so soon in season three, aren't we supposed to be getting a new villain this season? Oh well, would love it if we got small subplots of the Shredder in season three to lead up season fours plot. I want Leo to go into revenge mode whenever Shredder plots get brought into the picture, couldn't really blame the guy if he did after all the crap Shredder's put him through :D

Into the woods, that's after they leave New York City right and go into hiding right? Than they get new outfits and stuff.

Sounds like a pretty good start off to a new season so far :D

Glad we don't have to wait so long for season three 8)

My predictions on what the episodes could be about

Within the Woods - We know that they arrive at the farmhouse and encounter Creep

A Foot Too Big - Probably about Bigfoot or something, I think this could be similar to the 2K3 episode Monster Hunter

Buried Secrets - Think this could be similar to the 2K3 episode Tales of Leo. Maybe Leo is still injured and hasn't woken up yet and the other Turtles tell there past secrets to help Leo wake up.

Can't wait! Each Season just gets better and better. :)

Maybe one of the Turtles is telling a still knocked out Leo a secret, or apologizing for something that happened between them a long time ago, something that was supposed to be kept a secret, and the other Turtles listen in and find something about one of their brothers they never knew?

If that is the case, I'm expecting it to be Raph for some reason.

My theories on A Foot Too Big:

1. Could be related to Bigfoot as others suggested, but I doubt it.

2. Very likely relating to the Foot Clan, if Anton and Steranko are mutated and 'inducted' at this time Shredder might be finding the Foot Clan's number of mutants growing uncomfortably too large.

3. Could be related to size of someone, but I doubt it. Maybe one of the Turtles has a growth spurt?

Yeah with buried secrets, I'd expect that to be Raph episode. If the other Turtles are giving memories, maybe they are memories of times where Leo was important too them.

and Raph's story could be a memory of regret or something he always wanted to apologize for but was always too proud to do so.
