The Original Motion Picture Special Edition Colors
 

I don't want this to sound like we are beating a dead horse, but for those of you that have the movie Special Edition, do the colors in it seem as horrid as they do to me?

I know people complain on here about the reprints colors all the time and some valid points are always brought up. I typically don't get bothered by the IDW colors, but this edition is really unfortunate.

The biggest standout is the red in Shredder's helmet. Also, Donny and Mikey's headband/masks don't seem to be the right shade of Purple and Orange. Maybe I'm loosing my mind, but this seems really bad.

Can you post images of the pages? I don't have the issue.

I flipped through this book the other day. Yeah, that Shredder color scheme is horrible; he looks like the Shredder from the mid-90s anime.

I just ordered it a few days ago, and I'm sad to hear that. I hope I won't regret buying it at the end... :ohwell:

looked thru this yesterday at a comic shop that had a bunch. So FUGLY. Glad I didn't spend money on it.

Wait a sec... Isn't the release date is set to Sept 16 (or 17)?
