Will Seth Green stay for the entire run of the show now?

Seth Green is a very popular and busy actor, involved in dozens of projects at any given moment. Do you think he'll stay as Leo for the rest of the shows run?

For all we know the show could have 7-10 total seasons, will he still be around till the end of it?

I'd hate for Leo to have a FOURTH voice change after Biggs, Dom and Seth.

Seth Green isn't some A-list actor, you know. He'll be fine.

CyberCubed 10-11-2014 08:50 PM

Look at his film/TV history, the damn guy is in everything. He's always in more than one show or movie at oncE:

There is a difference here. While Seth Green like his predecessor he is somewhat known as an actor, Seth love voice acting and TMNT specifically as he is a comic geek. He may have to do his recordings by remote from time to time I beleive he will stick with it through the final episode. He is much more reliable and likeable so there should be no issues. As far as Dom is concerned I lump him together with the first voice actor as their voices are virtually the same and unfortunately he was just a bridge. Green's Leo sounds quite different and will take some getting used to. I keep thinking in scenes where Leo's without his blue mask that his eyes will bugs out Robot Chicken style.:trazz: If you make a thread about this speculation you may as well edit the original post and make it a poll,Cyber. My bet is the poll will say he will stick with the role all the way to the end of the run.

God I hope so, even if I'm not used to him in the roll yet. Between this and the movie, poor Leo and his voice actor issues... Seth seems to be a sort that handles a full plate pretty well though with having his hands in such a variety of stuff.

I'm just appreciative that his wife is, as an article mentioned, supposedly a Leo fan. Not bad, having some pressure from home. lol

Yes, Cubed Seth Green is going to stay until the series ends. Just to piss you off. :D

Luckyday 10-11-2014 09:54 PM

Seth as Leo is one of few new things that I feel positive about.

ssjup81 10-11-2014 10:14 PM

I could see him staying on. He's more positive to have around, it seems, and he's a big fan himself. I feel that he'd make time for this whenever possible...and his wife is a huge Leo fan, so I'm sure that helps. He said so at SDCC. She's happy to be married to Leonardo. lol

Xav 10-11-2014 11:00 PM

He's been doing Family Guy for 15 years. I'm sure he'll stay.

Ditto. He's a professional, he'll manage.

Leofan26 10-11-2014 11:58 PM

Why aren't you complaining about the sappy added romance into season three?
You let that crap slid yet you think the VA is going to sink your ship for yah

Mukouno 10-12-2014 06:17 AM

I hope he'll stay, I'll need some more time to get used to him but I think he does a nice job. And I don't want to know what explanation they come up with if Leo's voice changes again.

Yes. Question Cubed will post next week:

"Will Hun be American in this series?"

Warhorse 10-12-2014 11:34 AM

Ironic. If someone else had made this thread, cube would have demanded it be locked.

CyberCubed 10-12-2014 11:41 AM

Seth Green is known to leave series in the middle. Look at how he left Buffy the Vampire slayer after only 2 years.

Then the writers made Willow into a lesbian.

Well, Nick works with mostly predominantly union voice actors, we might just get a strike one year like the writers strike of 2009, and then we're stuck with second fiddles. So, it could be worse.

Pretty sure voice acting is also a lot less demanding. To my limited knowledge, I think someone could be able to get their own lines for an episode of a cartoon recorded and done in an afternoon?

Live action shows I believe usually take a number of days to shoot, right? With most everyone having to be there. Big difference.

You know, I bet out of everybody here on the technodrome, I bet Cybercube is probably the most famous one out of the non official members. I'd love it if in the next comic con, someone would go up to the panel and ask the producers if they are familar with cybercube.

I actually went up to the booth and after I asked Ciro about the archie comics, I asked if he ever visited the technodrome forums. He said a few years ago, but he didn't stay awhile.

I go, "Cybercubed drove you off, right?"
He goes, "I don't know who it was. Maybe him."

I wanted to talk more with him, but he had to go backstage. Nice guy.
