Is Flaming Carrot going to appear
 

For the past number of years, Turtlepedia has said that Flaming Carrot is going to appear on the show. Ia this true?

I'd say unlikely. The only source on this is one article that had a list of characters we should expect in the show.

I wouldn't be surprised if the writer of that article was a bit mixed up and it's a simple mistake.

I thought Ciro had mentioned something about Flaming Carrot possibly making an appearance, but maybe it was scrapped.

While Flaming Carrot was based upon a similar matter to TMNT being a parody comic, the truth is that Flaming Carrot is not a well known character to begin with being part of the Mirageverse, and even that is reduced due to not being part of the primary storyline as the TMNT were guests in those FC issues. Of course it might happen, but I feel that Fugitoid, the Mutanimals, and Triceratons are far more likely to appear. That said, if Flaming Carrot would appear, I'd rather the Turtles head over to Palookaville along with the usual familiar elements such as the alien invasions and terrorist since there's never been a Flaming Carrot cartoon.

I have absolute no idea. It may be scrapped, just like the idea of Irma becoming an ally to the turtles and Mikey's love interest (and everyone has seen what happened in Invasion).
