The weekend's coming and we have another TMNT Season 2 Best Episode Tournament Match coming your way. We're at Match 6 in Round 2 and it's a match with two fairly evenly matched episodes, can't wait to see what happens! Also again big thanks to all as our last match tallied our highest vote total in this tournament's run with 45, with this being a weekend match, let's make a push for even more! Round 2 polls will be a 3 day and a private vote poll, unless you decide to post your choice of course. :D

Last time, Fungus Humungous got off to a hot start, but ultimately fell to Vengeance is Mine...or were we just hallucinating it? ;)

And in case you didn't notice...yes, I spelled "Vengeance" wrong in the last match...spelled it "Vengence"... D'OH! :sweatdro:

This match is the 7 vs. 10 matchup, last year this match produced the 10 seed upset over the 7 (Last year it was #10 Operation: Breakout over #7 I, Monster). Will history repeat itself this year?

Metalhead because it made me feel something for the robot for the first time.

Wow, this is a tough one. I loved both but I have to go with Metalhead Rewired although I ranked it lower than Kuro last season. In retrospect, I think I underrated this episode. Love that it answered the question where all the mutants are in New York.

Oh Metalhead. You were great and your background moments are missed. :(

Voting for Kuro Kabuto. Introduced Anton and Steranko and a cool 3 way conflict between them, the Foot, and the turtles over the helmet. It's got a bit more Foot history revealed, and there's the brief fight between Leo and Shredder.

Metalhead Rewired. Seeing all those mutants was cool.

Voted Metalhead Rewired for several reasons:

• Liked the episode title, sounds like Matrix Reloaded
• "I have rights as a spider"
• Leo's expression when he had to stand aside and let Metalhead drive the Shellraiser
• Mikey's the only one who can open the portal in the porta-potty
• Mutants group cameo
• Spider Bytez talking like a Kraang
• Raph's appreciative grin after being saved by Slash
• Donnie's bittersweet thumbs up, and his brothers comforting him for losing Metalhead

The Legend of the Kuro Kabuto had great character developments for the villains, including Shredder, Rahzar/Tiger Claw team-up, Fishface/Baxter team-up, as well as the soon-to-be Bebob/Rocksteady team-up, but its ending made the entire plot kinda pointless ("Karai" turned out to be a bomb, what a cop-out) so Metalhead Rewired still takes the lead for serving its purpose better.
