This episode was epic!

I concur, my friend. Awesome episode for the mid-season. I don't know if this will be the last we see of the Kraang, but they are certainly out of the picture for the rest of the season I would wager.

Some things I really like about this episode:
  1. Characters returning
  2. Kraang Sub-Prime admitting his race sucks
  3. April's may be back for good now, maybe not but it'll be nice to see him develop
  4. The Kraang might be gone for good now, hopefully because I'm so sick of them
  5. Stuff actually happening

Although it's admittedly weird that it took the Kraang two seasons to take over New York yet it it only took five episodes from the return to NYC to their defeat, and the season is only halfway done. Then again, the episode did admit that the Kraang suck.

Too bad I can't watch this yet. Don't think it's up on Amazon or anything yet and I can't use Nickelodeon's site because I'm outside of the country. Even with the Hola program, I still need to choose a cable service provider or something like that.

By the little mentioned here, it sounds interesting. I'm glad that my theory of some of the mutants we haven't seen in a while returning to help in this fight. Then again, I said a while back that it would be a missed opportunity if the writers didn't do this. I do have a question regarding this, though, for those who have watched it...

Spoiler:
Did it hint at more rogue mutants showing up, like say, Sir Malacchi or the Newtralizer? It'd be really sad if the Newtralizer didn't show up at least, given his hatred of the Kraang for all that they did to him.

He'd be a nice wildcard. He's not with the turtles and his reasons for fighting are purely for revenge, but it's still interesting, imo.

lol When I first started watching this show, that was one of the things I found ironic about the Kraang...that they're a bunch of brains, but not too bright in some regards.

They'd been trying to take over the planet for centuries now, and yet they still didn't know how to fully blend in with human society where it would be natural until the Irmabot situation? *tsks* lol

Then again, I feel that their not capturing April sooner with Irmabot showed how they lack any foresight.

Yeah! And Kraang Sub Prime saying "Oh crap! Our race is horrible!" lol!

After awhile we had to have a cable provider account of the few choices that it gave us. That meant I could not see it. Is that still the case?

NoName999 03-08-2015 08:11 AM

Currently watching on my phone because nick.com isn't allowing the vid on my laptop for some reason. And I'm like "Good job."

It's quite funny that the rocket looks quite phallic following a slide of sexy reptilian alien chick. XD

Also :O at Raph being the mediator.

Just watched it, it's very good! Perfect timing to introduce the Mighty Mutanimals, and to revisit Dimension-X.

That being said, I felt last year's Wormquake was better as it introduced Tiger Claw as a new character, and there were more ninja combats. This episode felt lighter in comparison, with no new characters (bummer for not seeing Mondo Gecko yet), just reappearances of existing characters and filled with lots of Kraang fight. The absence of Shredder & gang is partly the reason for this. Also, where is Kraang Prime? :tconfuse:

Anyway, Dr. Rockwell is now able to speak and is voiced by Tom Kenny (aka SpongeBob) :trazz:

Oh my god!!!! I watched the episode after someone from Tumblr recorded the episode and put it on Tune.pk (had to wait for over an hour for part 2 though)

What an amazing episode, I was laughing all they way through.

Loved the Mutanimals, Slash, Leatherhead, Dr Rockwell (who can now speak) and Pigeon Pete. I wonder is Mondo Gecko will join them next.

Mikey was amazing in this episode, he shined alot, he was awesome.

That Mikey and Leatherhead hug, so cute.

Kurtzeman returned, was worried he died when he got hit. He seems to be alright at the end, it looked like he hurt his arm.

Loved The Shining reference.

Sub Kraang Prime: Heeerrrreesss Kraangy

Well, since you already made a thread, there's no point in making another one. I've stickied this one and editted the title.

snake 03-08-2015 10:06 AM

Was the jump into the second episode a little sudden? One second they were in NY and then they were in Dimension X. Did my stream get cut short?

Nice change, though. Stimpy's Inventions. lol Ironically, Stimpy's Inventions is the first ep of Ren & Stimpy I ever saw. Back then, when Nicktoons was still new, I would cut off the TV after Rugrats. One Sunday, while my mother was doing my hair, we left the TV on and that ep came on along with whatever the first half was (can't recall right off) and I was hooked. Too bad I lost interest in it about a couple of years later since it became too gross for me.

snake 03-08-2015 10:19 AM

Just finished it. Amazing episode. No mention of the EPF though?

Kind of happy the Kraang arc is wrapped up. I have a feeling that now, since the Kraang are gone (I'm gonna assume they're gone for the rest of the season) that the main focus will be on Shredder.
