Dinosaurs Seen in Sewers! preview discussion thread (SPOILER ALERT)

Let's discuss about the new clip here in order to keep the Season 3 Official Info Thread free from spoilers.

Things we have learned so far:
- The Kraang are playing the role of The Federation from Mirage/2k3 as the Triceratons' enemy race
- The Kraang are terrified of the Tri...Tri-Tri-Tri-Triceratons! :tlol:
- The Triceratons also call the Kraang "mutator" (word play on "dictator"?)
- The Triceratons breath Nitrogen, and apparently needs higher concentration than the 75% Nitrogen found on Earth's atmosphere (in 2k3, they breath a mixture of Nitrogen and Sulphur and is allergic to oxygen)
- Zog is convinced that Raph is "Commander Zoraph" just like in Mirage
- Several scenes recreated from Mirage:

So something that has bothered me since the the Mom-Thing episode. Up until that episode the aliens that appeared up until that point came from other dimensions, the Newtralizer even made direct reference to there being at least ten dimensions.

However, the Mom-Thing episode had the Kraang come from a spaceship, this episode mentions Zog having arrived on earth in a spaceship and the upcoming story arc also seems to depict the Newtralizer's species being from another planet rather another dimension.

So what are we dealing with here? Planets or dimensions?

That was awesome. Best Triceraton I've ever seen. Love the design!

But butt cannons... for fvck's sake, really?

Can't watch the video due to Internet minutes, but based on the stuff I've read, this sounds like it'll be an awesome episode and arc for sure. Can't wait for it. I'm surprised that something like this has made the rounds of the Internet.

In IDW the Utroms actually create the Triceratons by mutating Earthbound Triceratops and then return to Dimension X with them as a slave race.

Many have theorized that inter-dimensional travel would require the use of a vessel similar to a spaceship to be achieved. I know we've seen the use of portals in the Nick Series, but perhaps the more primitive method was the use of the ships before the portal technology was developed. Or perhaps once the Kraang arrived in our dimension they brought over the ships for interplanetary exploration. Or maybe there's more than one method. Or maybe they only resemble SPACEships, but are actually more akin to cars as far as the Kraang are concerned.

I'm confused, is this a special?

I knew The Kraang being gone for good is too good to be true. Besides, Kraang Prime wasn't even on Battle For New York.

Didn't expect the Krang to be back so soon. I can't see these new episodes.

I can't wait to see this episode!

I hope they don't change it to the whole "oh it's a mutant this time" thing again. That would be lazy.

Zog looks great, but I think I like him better in 2k3. This clip felt off somehow, I'm not sure what it was about it. Raph seems different or something. I'm not sure what it is. I agree with Leo's sentiments. I didn't miss the Kraang, but I did miss the turtles kicking their butts.

I think his voice is a little different. And him not wanting to fight him, before he knew he was on there side.

I am okay with Raphael not wanting to fight before he even knew Zog was on his side. He fights a lot smarter in this clip. Before, he would just act like a hothead, jump into battle and would get his shell handed to him, but in this case he tried to evade and avoid a fight he couldn't win.
