Who has been a member since this forum launched?
 

I mean years of membership. For example, I will be three years since I joined this forum.

Krang, Shredder, Machias, and Peanut, I know for sure are the OG's. Might be one or two more I'm forgetting. Splinter, maybe?

I don't know what year the forum started, But I been a member since 2002.

There was a time between that year where I was dormant, and hardly posted anything since there wasn't anything TMNT related going on at the time.

Though the 2003 series came out, but I was never active on the board during those years.

Krang's join date is 07-13-2001, so 2001.

So I joined on 09-10-2002, That means when I joined it, It was about 1 year and 2 months since the forum started.

I've been coming here since the forum started, but didn't have the urge to sign up until 2003 in order to participate in the 2k3 episode talkbacks.

Usually, everyone's join date is there for everyone to see when they post, so all you have to do is look at it and you'll see who's been here the longest. I joined in September of 2007 but I lurked here for a long time before that.

I signed up back during the 4Kids cartoon and when Tristan Jones' first Tales issue had just come out... and we all naively thought Murphy would let him finish his narrative arc. :tsad:

A lot of the original people from '02-'03 aren't here much anymore and I oddly remember a lot of them. Keep in mind this is going back nearly 15 years ago, many of us were still young teens in the early 2000's and had all the free time in the world.

Now its 15 years later and we're all adults with jobs, and some felt out of TMNT entirely, so its logical most are gone. It really takes me back when you realize how much time has passed since the early 2000's.

Going through the older post archives is pretty sad. Some awesome guys I'll never get to know. (Doctor Doom)

I didn't sign up for the forums until last year, but I've been lurking/ninjaing here in the shadows since it's inception in 99/00.

Guess I just didn't feel like talking for 15 years.

I have a pretty early join date. :tgrin:
