Escape Rooms
I've been looking at some cities' list of top Fun/Games attractions, and noticed that certain cities seem to have these RPG-style escape rooms in which a bunch of clues are provided by a GM and within a certain time limit must be accomplished, otherwise the group would fail. I've never been to one of these before, but for those who have, please post your experiences. I would love to have a sewer escape room featuring the TMNT, with background music from the many versions, villians, and fantasy weapons that can be used to take out enemies.

Oh, God, those are some great games. :D I've tried it only once before but we managed to get out just on time. It's important to create a capable and well-working group. It's easy to fail if the members start to yell at each other or start to argue. If you needto solve little puzzles in a larger room then you should divide into smaller groups. When we tried it there were six of us. If you are stuck on a certain point the staff could give you hints. You are on camera all the time. It took us about an hour to escape.
It was taken place in a run-down factory area in of the basements.I loved it cause it had some kind of terrifying atmosphere. I love your idea and if you ever make it real I would be one of the firsts to try it. :D |
I didn't even know this was a thing. Sounds cool, though I'd probably hate it, as I'm a fat f**k. :tlol: Not much hustle in these bones.

My sister took me to one in NYC based on Jekyll and Hyde. The room had an 18% success rate but we got out.

Never heard of such a thing, that sounds crazy. :teek::D And a TMNT one would be awesome. (Although if they include a legit looking lair they might have a hard time getting me to want to leave. lol)
