any making of/behind the scenes video from the first movie?
 

hey gang, are there any videos/tv specials/video press kits with behind the scenes/making of footage of the first TMNT film? either official or bootleg?

There was the video titled "Behind the Shells" which showed the making of the second film.

yep.....it is pretty good because it has an interview with the creaters.

and donny hugging rahzar on the side of the cover!

yeah, i've had BEHIND THE SHELLS for quite some time. what i was after, though, was any kind of footage from the first movie...

How would one go about finding this video? I have never heard of this. which is strange considering that I have seen and heard of some pretty wacky TMNT related videos. Some of which are entirely too painful to watch.

anyway. I am sure that finding the video at a retail store is going to be near impossible. So any help finding this video will be appreciated

Painful.... painful is the COOTS "Making OF" video......

*looks sheepish*.. I actually own not only COOTS but "the making of" as well.

heh.. its really ... really.. REALLY awful... i mean.. YIKES....

I have seen some crappy costumes.. but these are.. extra special crappy.. sequins.. and glitter!.. they made the trurtles sparkly!! *sighs*.. its wrong i tell you.. just plain wrong!

Heh... I poke fun at COOTS more than once in my fics... example:

“I was looking over that latest stack of contracts that Max sent us," Donatello replied, "and there’s a whole lot of weird stuff in there.”

But yeah I only have the COOTS album and the Making Of. I still havent watched past the first ten minutes. :dead:

yeah I find myself listening to that play list or CD often *chuckles*.. the guys they had singing werent bad. I mean they had some real talent.

the stage show was cute. and it has some nostalga attatched.. but yeah.. it's still pretty painful to watch.. funny.. but painful...

thos grass skirt- cocnut bra wearing hula dancin allagators bothered me though... *shivers*

Is there any way to find out what the track listing on that video was? I'm just kinda curious to know what songs they were singing.

hrmm.. it will probably take me a while to find a copy of it. I have a feeling its a rare video and most places arent going to carry it.
